Tips for Setting Goals

Research shows that 50% of people that set goals at the beginning of the year have abandoned their goals by the end of June.

Let me share with you some tips for setting goals and how you can be sure to set attainable goals that are realistic. This will help you gain the confidence you need to make bigger goals.

    First thing every morning is 75 minutes of soooothing meditation. After that I always look at stats from my sites. They are always too low so here is the inspiration and the schedule for the rest of the day: More traffic! Fortunately this is so exciting that I often forget about FB for days…

    Nice video. There is a few Internet people I always come back to and follow to see how they are doing. You are one of them.

    Thx.Molly for your new video.The whole idea of goal setting is about the only way i accomplish things.Like a lot of people my schedule is full so once i decide on a project i must break it down into little pieces.I try to accomplish at least one piece a day until i have reached my goal.As i have gotton better at this,i have multiple projects at one time and i like to touch each one every day.It keeps my days full and i get to keep building at a pace i can see constant motion.That part is key.Like you said constantly reaccess your daily goals and move them up or down depending on the results you are getting.
